GM has brought an action for a dumping against the company which has copied Corvette of 1963

GM.gif   General Motors Corp., has sued the company Mongoose Motorsports LLC from the city Cuyahoga Falls (Ohio, USA) for the sale of replica Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport in 1963 at a price less than $ 90 thousand, says The Detroit News.

   According to representatives of GM, from the automaker Cuyahoga, specializing in the creation of Corvette GTP replica 80
of the last century, as well as the legendary Grand Sport, violated the copyrights of Chevrolet brand and copied market niche models.

   As the newspaper writes, Duntov Motor Company of Texas, licensed to produce replicas of Grand Sport, sells its cars at prices ranging from $ 189 thousand.
