The new Mercedes G 350 BlueTEC in Geneva promises to be one of the most "green" in its class.

   Mercedes company detailed a new version of its 31-year-old SUV G 350 BlueTEC, the new version promises to be one of the most "green" in its class.


  Mercedes G 350 system equipped with AdBlue, which oversees the work of the exhaust system. As a result, ammonia is split approximately 80% of nitrogen oxide and water, what is also a merit of a new catalytic collector SCR.

  According to Daimler, thanks to this system and efficient combustion of exhaust gases, at a fuel tank can be overcome about 12 000 km!!!

  Under the hood of an SUV is a diesel engine V-6, 210 hp at 3 400 rpm, 540 Nm of torque between 1 600 and 2 400 rpm. Mercedes G 350 BlueTEC fully complies with Euro-5. SUV also has a system of electronic distribution of traction 4ETS, ESP and seven-speed automatic transmission 7G-TRONIC.

  In addition, Mercedes G 350 BlueTEC will be equipped with 5.5-liter V-8, power 388 hp and 530 Nm of torque. Top of the range will be the version of AMG, equipped with a supercharged V-8 power of 507 hp and 700 Nm of torque
