The company Infiniti officially introduced the new Infiniti QX56

  On Thursday at the Motor Show in New York presented SUV Infiniti QX56 next generation. As stated in the official press release, the car is built on a new platform, which allowed to increase space in the cabin.

   Compared with the predecessor of the overall length of the new Infiniti QX56 increased by 35.5 mm, width - on 27,9 mm, and height of vehicles decreased by 96.5 millimeters. Also, located under the front bumper splitter, spoiler on the edge of the fifth door and the hull shape mirrors have reduced drag coefficient to 0.37.


   In the engine compartment will be located a new eight-cylinder petrol engine volume 5.6 liters and power of 400 horsepower, equipped with direct-fuel injection. Motor will aggregated with adaptive seven-speed automatic transmission with manual shift stages. According to the Infiniti, the fuel efficiency of new items, compared with 325-horsepower predecessor improved by ten percent.

   Wheel drive vehicles that can tow a trailer weighing up to 3.8 tonnes, will be offered in seven-and eight-performance, with six possible exterior colors and with a 20 - or 22-inch wheels made of aluminum alloy. In addition, Infiniti QX56 gets a system which reduces body roll during cornering, the system of circular scanning, adaptive headlights, a tracking system for "dead zones", as well as adaptive cruise control.

   In the sale in the U.S. market novelties will this summer. In the U.S. prices for QX56 all-wheel drive will begin from 59,8 thousand dollars.
