Honda is accused of deliberately selling cars with defects

A court in Newark in the U.S. state of New Jersey took up a claim from motorist Jon Elin to the American branch of the company Honda, says Bloomberg.

RF wrote edition, Elin accuses the company that sells the latest model of the Odyssey, knowing the existing defect in the ventilation system, while refusing to pay for the removal of the defect under warranty. As proof of his arguments,
motorist quotes mechanics from the service center Honda. When Elin went into service on the Leasing Odyssey 2006, which has stopped working air conditioning, the mechanic said that this is a common problem.

The Court held, now Honda Motor must submit evidence that she knew nothing about the defects of air conditioners in cars Honda Odyssey.
