Prototype Mercedes-Benz E-Class with the extended wheel base

Mercedes-Benz E-Class with the extended wheel base.jpg   The Chinese car market has always been a tendency for the cars with extended wheelbase. The Chinese have added to the length of all, whether Buick, Volvo, BMW or Audi. New to this release was the Mercedes-Benz E-Class 2010.

Some media reports have appeared that the company Mercedes-Benz intends to give its products some "Chinese characteristics". And, judging from the spy shots, there already exists a prototype E300L.

This company's decision is understandable, especially if we remember what success have extended the model Audi A4L and A6L. In turn, BMW has also released an extended version of the sedan 5th Series and in the future will do the same with the 3rd series.

China to have a mini-limousine is considered honorable, just such a car underlines the status of the owner, especially if the wheel is also a personal driver, so the popularity of cars with extended wheelbase is immediately understandable.

It is possible that the new version of the Mercedes-Benz E Class does not appear anywhere else except China, is what happened with Audi A4L and A6L.
