Three-quarters of car owners will not buy electric car

U.S. consumer magazine Consumer Reports conducted a poll on cars with alternative energy sources. Of the 1,752 adult respondents 72% said they would not agree to transfer to the electric car under any circumstances. The opinion of the remaining quarter of the respondents were divided as follows. 7% are absolutely sure that the next car they purchased will be environmentally clean source of energy, the rest are ready to prefer the traditional electric car under certain conditions.

For example, almost no one agrees to buy electric car with mileage on one charging less than
140 kilometers, and are not considered vehicles, requiring bulky chargers or special electric filling stations. From home networks, they shall not charge longer than 8 hours, that is, the average working day and, finally, the perfect electric cars should cost no more than $ 2000 more expensive than gasoline cars of the same brand and class. The publication notes that all the requirements does not meet almost any electric vehicle from being ready for mass production.
